I met Sam when he was on my little league team in 6th grade- I remember him as a 'smiley guy' and us joking and laughing alot that summer. We really had fun on that team though neither of us did make it to the majors! We didn't run in the same circles after that, but he would always smile and be friendly when our paths crossed.
His dad owned that candy store/hangout on Lee Rd. where I'd buy smokes from there when smoking was cool.
I recall Sam from years ago, when his family owned the Confectionary on Lee Rd. Sam was so easy going back then. RIP Sam. My condolences go to his family.
My dancing buddy, my best buddy, I will always remember how you made me laugh all the time. The trips to Hiram College to visit Jenny Tsevdos. Our whacky money making schemes. You always made those GGC-MC tours so much fun.
I will miss your light. You will always have a special place in my heart - no matter how many years go by.
