CHHS Tour Registration Survey

Dear Classmates,

We are conducting a survey to get a headcount for our tour of Cleveland Heights High School on Sunday, September 7th, at 10 am. All classmates are welcome, but must be registered to attend. We need a headcount for our food order for the continental breakfast we plan to serve there before the tour.

Please log into our class website at: www.clevelandheights1975.com and click on the tab for “CHHS Tour Registration survey” in the left hand column to complete the brief “survey.” It is just a yes/no question on whether or not you will attend the tour.
